Building No. 12, Lofts on the Lake Condos For SaleIf you’re a vintage real estate fan and love to see older buildings and homes preserved, you’ll probably love that the old Gardner Hotel on North Lake Ave., which dates all the way back to the 1890s, has been purchased and will be re-developed into what should be some pretty cool downtown condos.

According to reports, the building was purchased back in 2014 by Zenith City Revival LLC for $250,000 with the intention of building out 12  very stylish condo units that all have around 1,000 square feet of living space. Now, after a couple years of planning and a whole lot of anticipation, it looks as if the vision is finally coming to fruition, and there already seems to be plenty of interest in the finished product.

Hockey Day Minnesota Coming to DuluthNow celebrating its 10th year, Hockey Day Minnesota is hitting the road in 2016 and bringing this year’s annual event to Duluth, and we couldn’t be more excited to say the least. Easily one of the most anticipated events not only of the winter season but the entire year, Hockey Day Minnesota truly is the best way to celebrate our state’s favorite sport while also taking in some of the best local food, music, and various other festivities to help keep onlookers entertained. 

Although the weather is expected to be below freezing, lots of fun events and activities are planned for the weekend, from several area high school games to a head-to-head match-up between the local Duluth police and fire departments.
