The highly-anticipated BlueStone Flats development is now open, which is just the latest part of Duluth’s BlueStone Commons to be brought to market. A stunning mixed-use project that’s situated just east of the University of Minnesota Duluth, BlueStone Flats is easily one of the most desirable apartment communities to hit the Duluth area in recent memory.
Outside of a great location and a full compliment of upscale amenities, perhaps what’s most appealing about BlueStone Flats are the wide-range of floor plans offered here, which range from studios to full-size two-bedroom layouts.
Because of the building’s wide-range of options, developers are getting interest from just about everyone in the market for a new luxury apartment, from students attending the nearby university to even quite a few locals 55 and over who are looking to downsize.
As for what to expect once moving in, the building’s spectacular rooftop patio, which offers insane views of Lake Superior, tends to get most of the buzz when it comes to the building’s amenities, but there’s also a fabulous swimming pool and fitness center for residents to enjoy as well.
Apartments for rent at BlueStone Flats start at $1,050 and climb up to $3,000 for some of the largest two-bedroom residences. Recent reports are claiming the building is currently at 70% occupancy, but don’t expect the remaining units to be available for long.
The third part of BlueStone, BlueStone Vue, is already being planned, which would add an additional 120 apartment residences to the neighborhood and could be open as early as 2018.
