Duluth Deals of the Month

Posted by Kris Lindahl on Monday, June 15th, 2015 at 10:45am.

Typically, the team here at the Lindahl Real Estate Group gets together at this time of the month to discuss great deals on real estate we’ve seen in and around Duluth. Then we put together a blog post on the best one. This month, we’ve decided to break the deals down into categories and we think it works a lot better. Take a look.

Lots and Land for Sale in Duluth

Build your dream home on this tree-studded lot on a dead-end street in the Spirit Valley-Denfeld-Norton Park area of Duluth. The listing agent promises a river view if you build that dream home to include two stories.

Utilities are already at the site due to an old homestead once located here. This lot is 0.21 acres in size and priced at $14,900.

Duluth Condo Bargain

If it’s low maintenance Duluth living you seek, check out this Kenwood neighborhood end unit. The monthly association fees cover garbage, landscape and exterior maintenance, snow removal and water & sewer.

This unit has been lovingly maintained and updated with refinished wood floors, kitchen improvements, and newer carpets over the hardwood floors in the bedrooms.

The living and dining rooms overlook the huge common area and the lower level offers a laundry area and a family room. Finally, since you won’t have all those honey-do’s, you can use the large deck to relax and unwind after a hard day or week at work.

This condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one full and one partial) in 1,872 square feet of living space. It’s listed at $129,900.

Single-Family Home

You can’t rent a home for less than the payment on this house! This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers 1,279 square feet of living space in the Walbank’s Addition. It’s a single-story home, built in 1910, with period touches such as wood floors and built-ins.

Yes, the home needs some work. It’s a Fannie Mae HomePath property (no investors will be considered) so all offers must be submitted via HomePath. You can’t beat this price, though: $33,000. (No, that's not a typo.)
