Endi Development Duluth A dynamic new project is in the works for a prime piece of real estate on Duluth’s lakefront, which aims to be one of the premier new developments to hit the area in recent memory. Located at the corner of 21st Avenue E and London Road, construction for Endi is now in full swing, and if all goes according to plan, the 252,000 square foot residential and retail complex will make its official debut later this year.

In all, Endi, which is named for its location in Duluth’s historic Endion neighborhood, occupies about 2.7 acres and will stand six stories high while housing 143 ultra-luxurious residential units. Apartments at Endi will include a number of different floor plans, ranging from studios to penthouses, with some of its upper floor residences

Clean Energy Jobs Could Help The Duluth Real Estate MarketThe clean energy sector in Minnesota reportedly accounts for about 54,000 jobs statewide, and 1,527 of those jobs are right here in Duluth. And according to a release from Clean Energy Trust, which was based on analysis from the the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data as well as a comprehensive survey of thousands of businesses, another 2,300 jobs within this particular industry could be on the way this year alone.

A large percentage of Minnesota’s clean energy jobs are in wind, solar, and various energy efficiency-related businesses, and as a state that is among the most innovate when it comes to clean energy and a healthy environment, any investment Minnesota makes seems to be paying off big time from both a health and economic standpoint.
