Salary: $40,000 + bonus
Are you a real estate agent who loves the industry but doesn't love the pressure of selling? Are you looking to work only on weekends? We’re in search of an open house agent who loves people, enjoys hospitality and has the soul of an entertainer. You’ll be a key player in our team-based sales process, free to focus entirely on communication and customer service as we showcase our customers' homes and do everything we can to bring them top-dollar on their most important investment.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous real estate experience
- A positive "people-person" who brings out the best in others
- An understanding of the value of a big brand and the curiosity to learn as much as possible about the fast-changing real estate industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
